Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction



Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients discharged from Medanta hospitals to inform them about available Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, remote monitoring, etc.)
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about Medanta Homecare offerings.
Pitch appropriate homecare products and services based on patient needs and medical condition.
Maintain excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism while interacting with patients and families.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and revenue conversion goals.
Record call details, patient interactions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth service on boarding of patients.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality through effective engagement.
