About the role:

As part of the Provider Services team, you will receive training and access to helpful tools that will prepare you to assist providers and members with healthcare-related questions and issues. The support you provide can help providers deliver better care to their patients.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers, such as physician offices and clinics, as well as members.
Identify the type of assistance needed, which may include:
Benefits and eligibility
Billing and payments
Treatment authorizations
Explanation of benefits
Scheduling medication deliveries
Work to resolve issues during the first call whenever possible.
Use multiple computer systems to find information, check the status of an issue, and provide the appropriate answer or next steps.
Provide accurate information and answer questions in a positive and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.
Complete the required documentation to track provider issues and help identify and report overall trends.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and business needs while maintaining productivity and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence when handling complex interactions, using effective de-escalation techniques, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in both verbal and written communications.
Familiarity with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
Ability to listen carefully, gather relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate and helpful manner.
Problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly understand a situation and determine appropriate recommendations or next steps.
Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a related environment
Prior healthcare experience.

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Must have:

18+ years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
Private, distraction free workspace (not a shared/common area of the home)
Hard wired ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload. (5G, hotspots, and satellite internet not supported)
Must remain on camera during working hours
