TERMS OF SERVICE

User Agreement

By using VeriJob (the Scanner or the Verification Platform), you agree to these protocols. These rules protect the integrity of our trust network.

LAST UPDATED: JANUARY 4, 2026

Binding Arbitration Notice

These terms contain a binding arbitration clause and a waiver of class action rights. Disputes will be resolved individually, not in a court of law. By using this service, you waive your right to a jury trial.

1. Nature of Service & Disclaimers

VeriJob utilizes a proprietary verification methodology combining algorithmic analysis and manual review. Our "Trust Scores" and "Verified" badges are opinions based on available data, not statements of absolute fact or guarantees of safety.

We Are Not

  • A Consumer Reporting Agency
  • A Staffing or Recruitment Firm
  • Insurers of your Employment Outcomes
  • Liable for "Rogue Employee" Misconduct

We Are

  • A Corporate Identity Validator
  • A Threat Intelligence Aggregator
  • A Public Transparency Engine
  • A Provider of Risk Assessments

Your Content & Our License

You retain ownership of any text or URLs you submit ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant VeriJob a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service, training our detection models, and maintaining the public ledger.

2. For Employers: Verification Protocols

Identity vs. Conduct: A "Verified" status confirms only that the corporate entity exists and controls the domain claimed at the Point-in-Time of verification. It is NOT a guarantee of the company's financial solvency, labor practices, or the future conduct of its individual employees.

Termination & "The Kill Switch"

VeriJob reserves the absolute, unilateral right to revoke a "Verified" status and terminate an account without notice or refund if we suspect fraud, receive credible scam reports, or discover misrepresentation of business details.

3. Prohibited Actions

Misuse of the platform allows VeriJob to pursue legal action and recover damages.

Submitting false 'Scam Reports' to defame legitimate competitors.
Using the 'Verified' badge on unapproved domains.
Testing evasion techniques ('Red Teaming') without permission.
Scanning PII (Personally Identifiable Information) into the public ledger.

4. Indemnification & Liability Cap

You Agree to Protect Us: If you violate these Terms (e.g., by scamming users while Verified, or defaming competitors) and VeriJob is sued, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold VeriJob harmless from all damages, legal fees, and costs.

monetary cap on damages

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VERIJOB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VERIJOB IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, subject to the arbitration clause above.
